  2. End Users: Individuals who access and use our website. End Users are prospective employees, clients, students, or other agents of End Customers who are authorized by an End Customer to use the our system.

End Customers

Our system administrators have access to End Customer information although it is against our policy for our system administrators to access this information unless they are required to do so as a part of supporting the End Customers.

Information provided by End Customers including the following:

  1. Organization name
  2. Contact name and email address

End Users

We collect information provided by End Users including the following:

  1. First name and last name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Gender pronoun
  4. Level of educational attainment

Information We DO NOT Collect

End Customers & End Users

We do not collect, store, or retain any financial information such as payment or credit card information.

Use of Collected Information from Technical or Customer Support

End Customers

We do not make any Support Information available to any third party for any purposes.

End Users

We do not provide Technical or Customer Support to End Users. That is the sole responsibility of the End Customer.

Use of Collected Information by Authorizing Systems, Partners, Trainers, or Vendors

End Customers & End Users

All Authorizing Systems, Partners, Trainers, and Vendors are contractually required by us to maintain all information in strictest confidence and may only use information consistent with the uses set forth in this Privacy Notice, and not for any other purposes, including disclosure to any third parties.

Required Disclosure Under Law

End Customers & End Users

We will ONLY disclose information maintained or generated by us to a regulatory body or law enforcement agency, and then only in circumstances where required by law or regulation or where a legitimate court order has been obtained from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Passwords

End Customers

We use passwords to ensure confidential data is visible only to authorized users. You share responsibility for maintaining the security of your account information. When you leave your workstation during the day, and at the end of the work day, you should log off from our site. In addition, you should never reveal your user ID or password to anyone. If you suspect that someone knows your password, you should change it immediately. Contact us to change your password.

We restrict access to your confidential data to our employees who need to know the information to provide products or services to you. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

End Users

We do not retrieve or disclose user ID or password to End Users. This information can only be communicated to the End User by the End Customer.

Our site does not utilize HTTP cookies. We don't store any data on your computer that could be accessed by other users, programs or websites, nor does our site access any data on your computer. Secure areas of our website have built-in timers that time out your session after extended periods of inactivity.

Sharing with Third-Party Partners

We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

End Customers

We use the secure services at Authorize.net to process online purchases and credit card payments. Authorize.net protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information.

The personally identifiable information acquired in processing payment transactions varies according to the nature of the transaction and the way in which merchants or financial institutions are using their payment services. Authorize.net uses the information collected to fulfill requests for certain products and services, to process payment transactions, to facilitate billing, and otherwise deliver the payment/gateway services. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions and for no other purpose.
