How do organizations purchase WOWI assessments?
Organizations establish a WOWI account and purchase assessments in advance. Purchased assessments are added to your account and can be assigned to individuals whenever needed.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes. The minimum purchase is 10 assessments.
Do I have to pay the site license every year?
No. The site license is a one-time fee and is not charged annually.
Do purchased assessments expire?
Purchased assessments do not expire as long as your organization completes at least 10 assessments per account each year.
Can multiple staff members access the same WOWI account?
Yes. Each staff member receives their own secure email login. The Account Manager can add Team Members, assign access permissions, and choose who receives assessment completion notifications.
