Deep Level Themes & Case Study Applications
Once you’ve mastered our Level 1 and Level 2 workshops, you’ll be fully prepared to move onto Level 3. Designed for counselors who already have advanced skills in interpreting the WOWI career assessment, this training allows you the opportunity to further them.
The workshop involves extensive individual participation in practice profile interpretation from your own client base. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of what your clients are communicating to you through their WOWI profiles. You'll also receive resources that will help you expand your capacity to interpret challenging profiles.
The Level 3 workshop begins with a recap of key learnings developed during previous workshops, quickly moving onto discussion and practice of more advanced interpretation techniques. By the end, you’ll have a much more comprehensive understanding of how to incorporate the WOWI assessment into your entire counseling process.

Completion of Levels 1 & 2 WOWI Workshops.

Consolidate fundamental lessons of the previous two levels of training and teach you the next level of profile interpretation skills.
Provide you with new, advanced profile interpretation tools and techniques.
Help you recognize deep level psychological & occupational themes that emerge from your clients’ profiles.
Provide you with ways to understand what your clients are communicating to you, via their WOWI profiles, regarding their views about: work, the types of work they prefer and want to avoid, the types of organizations to which they are best suited, and the aspects of work that most motivate and punish them.
Give you the opportunity to practice using the information gained in all three levels of training on four to five of your own client profiles.
