This capstone training equips participants with superior techniques for fully understanding the nuances within the complex matrix of information provided in the graphical WOWI Profile Report. It is designed for counselors who already have advanced skills in interpreting the WOWI and it builds on those concepts and tools provided in our previous three levels of training.
The workshop relies on extensive individual participation in practice profile interpretation. The focus is on using these advanced, expert-level skills on 3-5 case studies from your organization’s client base. You will leave the workshop with the most comprehensive and incisive understanding of what clients are communicating to you through their WOWI Profile Reports.
The Level 4 workshop begins with a recap of key learnings developed during previous workshops, quickly moving onto discussion and practice of the most advanced interpretation tools & techniques. By the end, you’ll have the fullest understanding of how to incorporate the WOWI assessment into your entire counseling process.
